Our client is a large 4 star property with 120 rooms, and extensive conference and banqueting facilities. This is a great opportunity in a nu,ber 2 role to increase your experience in hotel operations management and take on a challenging role with a world leader.
The Role: Operations Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Operations Manager will have previous 4 star hotel experience
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
- The Operations Manager will be reporting directly into the General Manager and will run the hotel in their absence
- Operations Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
- The successful Operations Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
- Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager / Deputy General Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
