If you are a confident and competent Chef with NVQ2 or above but need to learn the finer points of ordering, stoke taking, costing and menu planning then this could be the perfect next step for you.
Located in Bury St Edmund’s this bustling conference and leisure centre caters for up to 150 people for Weddings and 40 in its al a carte restaurant. All dishes are prepared on site and created using fresh ingredients.
