My client is looking for an experienced chef who is confident of their abilities and able to demonstrate both excellent technical skills and solid kitchen management abilities.
The package includes free accommodation within a well appointed 1 bed flat.
Ideally we are looking to find a strong Sous Chef who feels that they are ready to take on their first Head Chef challenge.
You will develop the business alongside the new owners – it is a great opportunity to incorporate your own ideas and build up your own team.
They also aim to achieve awards with simple but effective British Cuisine that makes use of all the fantastic fresh produce in the local area.
The right candidates will have a genuine passion to attain such goals and really make a mark for themselves.
