CHEF DE PARTIE - LONDON - 2AA ROSETTES

Chef De Partie required in London for this 2AA Rosette restaurant that is based within a Luxury 5* Hotel.

The Hotel has over 250+ bedrooms and is decorated to grand designs yet Contemporary and sleek and keeping some of the original features.

You will assist the Head Chef with the training and motivation of junior members of the brigade, running of your own section within the kitchen and producing high quality cuisine.

You should ideally have proven experience of working within similar style properties or within high quality kitchens.
