CHEF DE PARTIE - LONDON - 3AA ROSETTES - CHEF DE PARTIE

Central London 5 star Hotel that currently holds 3AA Rosettes for their Modern European Cuisine are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie who already has a proven track record of working for high quality Hotels/Restaurants and is wiling to take the next step forward in to improving their career.

The Hotel is situated to close to many of the transport links and road networks and attracts a mixture of celebrities and foodies from all around.

As Chef De Partie you will be in charge of running your own section of the kitchen and assist the Head Chef in the training and motivation of junior members of the brigade and with the cooking and prepartion of the Modern European Cuisine.
