We need a talented Head Chef in Suffolk.
Our client is looking for Head Chef to lead its brigade of four at this 3 star 20-room hotel in Bury St Edmunds. With a well equipped and good sized kitchen accompanied by a beautiful restaurant, all this establishment needs is a confident Head Chef to ensure standards are maintained, targets achieved and menus are developed using fresh seasonal produce.
You will need to have previous experience at Head Chef level and be able to show a high level of competence and maturity in all your duties.
As Head Chef you must have experience in:
? Menu writing
? Costing
? Stock rotation
? Due diligence
? Staff rotas
? Maintaining Cleanliness
? Leadership.
Once established as the Head Chef opportunities you will have the opportunity to move things forward achieving and other accolades should you wish to push things further.
