As Sous Chef you will be working for this 4 Star hotel with 2AA Rosette Awarded Restaurant serving around 90 Covers per service Modern British Cuisine. The hotel also has a popular terrace which serves around 50 covers.
The head Chef has a 3AA Rosette background and is now aiming to acheive further rosettes. As Sous Chef you will therefore need to have atleast a 1AA Rosette background and have the ability to assist the Head Chef in the cooking and preparation of the Award-winning cuisine on offer. You will also be required to train, motivate and lead the brigade.
You will need at least 5 years experience of working within similar properties and only want to work for the best.
