JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - WINDERMERE - GASTRONOMIC ESTABLISHMENT AIMING FOR FIRST MICHELIN STAR NEEDS TALENTED JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
Junior Sous Chef required in Windermere for one of Cumbria's best restaurants. The Hotel is a privately owned country house hotel with fine dining restaurant serving dinner only.
The head Chef has a Michelin star background and is now aiming to acheive their first Michelin star within this restaurant. In order to do this he needs a great, talented Junior sous chef to support him.
As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in the cooking and preparation of the Award-winning cuisine on offer. You will also be required to train, motivate and lead the brigade by example.
You will need at least 5 years experience of working within similar properties and only want to work for the best and have atleast a 2AA Rosette background.
Accommodation is also offered if required.
