We are currently in need of a strong Senior Sous Chef to complete the brigade of this two-rosette luxury hotel near Bury St Edmunds.
The establishment itself has 20 rooms and as well as catering for a vast amount of weddings, conferences and functions they have a beautiful restaurant with menus designed especially to fit the seasons and surroundings.
The correct candidate must have experience at a one-rosette level or above with strong leadership skills and a mature attitude able to take on Head Chef duties whenever needed.
You should have good knowledge of G.P’s, meeting targets, menu writing, stock taking and organizing rota’s. NVQ level 2 or above would also be beneficial.
