Chef de Rang needed for a luxury country hotel *Live in availability*
This small country house hotel has three stars and has been awarded 2 rosettes. They are currently looking to forsomeone with drive and ambition with previous experience within a rosette awarded property. The beauty of the hotel is only exceeded by that of its surroundings.
The role consists of:
•Aiding the smooth running the private dining restaurant
•Ensuring customer satisfaction
•Delivering excellent service
•Working closely with the restaurant manager for functions and weddings
•Ensuring your team of waiting staff are performing to required standards
All applicants must have previous rosette experience, a passion for food and wine and excellent customer service skills. You must also be an experienced leader with good training skills, ideally having worked in a similar establishment as a Chef de Rang. Experience and enthusiastic waiters may be considered.
