A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager to join the team of a hotel situated in the town centre of Newmarket, this 40 room hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Manager.
The restaurant is due to be completely renovated and re-launched in the new year, so you would have to be confident enough to lead your team through whatever challenges may arise.
The restaurant serves continental cuisine their fine dining restaurant and all the dishes are sourced from fresh, using local ingredients wherever possible. You would have to be a strong leader as well as being a team player. You would be answering to the General Manager and liasing with other H.O.D’s.
If you are a mature hands-on, pro-active person with a strong managerial background this could be the perfect opportunity.
