Assistant Restaurant Manager
Our client is a hotel operation with classy brasserie currently tipped for 2AA rosettes in he near future - they are currently recruiting for an Brasserie Manager
The property has several food outlets though this role will be for the principal fine dining outlet.
The Role: Brasserie Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Brasserie Manager will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within AA rated quality restaurants
- The Brasserie Manager will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
- The Brasserie Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Brasserie Manager will be reporting directly into the F&B Manager
- Brasseire Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Brasserie Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years supervisory experience within a similar operation
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / Supervisor looking for a progressive and challenging role
