This beautiful privately owned country house hotel and Restaurant is looking for a Conference and Banqueting supervisor to lead their award winning team as their new banqueting suite is due to open very shortly
The hotel has a quality restaurants and is one of the premier wedding venues in the area and the new 160 cover suite is to open shortly . The restaurant is looking to achieve accolades and caters for 60 covers in each. The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment programme in the past few years.
Our client is looking for a strong conference and Banqueting supervisor to work closely with the owner in order to successfully lead their successful team. The applicant must have excellent man management skills leading a team of around 10+ . You will be a target driven and must be able to achieve high standards and targets including GP’s.
You must be VERY HANDS ON in order to lead by example and take charge of the day to day running of the C and B operations of the hotel and as a quite small operation must be willing to work in all departments at all levels .
The hotel currently has a impressive turnover which they will be looking to build on with the completion of the new facilities. Benefits:
