Junior Sous

Our client is a leading 4**** Hotel in Surrey which is currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef

The restaurant is producing some of the Home Counties finest cuisine along side an award winning head chef.

The Role: Junior Sous

Role Criteria

• The ideal Junior Sous will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality, preferably rosetted restaurants
• The Junior Sous will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• The Junior Sous will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
• The Junior Sous will be reporting directly into the Sous Chef
• Junior Sous must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
• The successful Junior Sous will have at least 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level within a similar operation.
• Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic CDP/Junior Sous looking for a progressive and challenging role
