We are currently in need of a strong Head Chef to lead the brigade of this two-rosette luxury hotel near Bury St Edmunds.
The establishment is a beautiful Edwardian Country House with 15 rooms and cater for a vast amount of weddings, conferences and functions they also have a beautiful restaurant with menus designed especially to fit the seasons and surroundings.
The correct Head Chef candidate must have experience in at least a one-rosette level hotel of a similar size, and have strong leadership skills and a mature attitude.
As Head Chef you should have good knowledge of G.P’s, meeting targets, maintaining rosette standards and menu writing, stock taking and organizing rota’s. NVQ level 2 or above would also be beneficial.
