My client is seeking a chef de partie who is motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely enthusiastic about food and cooking.
This is an extremely busy operation and candidates will need to able to cope with a large number of covers and a high-pressure kitchen. You’ll be working as part of a brigade of 6 chefs and will ideally need to be able to work all sections of the kitchen. It is also preferred that candidates have NVQ level 2 or above.
