This Country House Hotel with a highly regarded Restaurant in Oxfordshire is seeking a new Sous Chef.
The client is pushing the restaurant towards Rosettes and is therefore keen to find a quality Sous Chef who shares this ambition, wishes to work closely with the head chef driving the business forward and who preferably has worked in a Rosette environment already.
The right candidate will have a passion for working with the freshest ingredients and will gain a great deal of enjoyment about using the produce actually grown in the gardens and orchards of the estate.
You will have a healthy level of your own input in the way the kitchen operates and in the development of menus.
The client is keen to find someone with a good mixture of flair, creativity, technical skill and organisational ability. Most of all they are looking for a good personality that gels with a strong dynamic brigade and a motivated hotel workforce.
