One of the areas best known hotels, this establishment enjoys a reputation for excellence and quality, especially in terms of fantastic cutting edge cuisine. The fine dining restaurant has been showered with awards and accolades and continues to get better and better.
In terms of the kitchen, you’ll be working with 10 other highly motivated and skilled chefs, in a superb environment that has all the modern equipment you could dream off. The menu consists of only local and seasonal produce, and you’ll be using this to create a modern British and French menu that relies heavily on classical training and strong technique.
The successful candidate will have a stable background in rosette awarded operations, and be a dedicated, hard working chef who is looking to join an operation that will help them develop their career.
