As Sales Manager for our site in Leicester, you’ll have the stimulating task of developing a range of site-based commercial and group leisure accounts and proactively sourcing and securing new business. You’ll work with our National Sales Team in order to maximise the strength of our overall sales strategy and inform customers abut any changes within our company.

Your main responsibilities as Sales Development Manager will involve:
- Developing new sales and growing the existing customer business
- Liaising with the national sales team to support specific sites and drive the overall sales strategy
- Communicating regularly with customers and keeping them informed of changes
- Building strategic relationships with groups, frequent bookers and booking agents to maximise revenue
Your skills and qualifications as a Sales Development Manager will ideally include:
- A will to win and a positive, can do attitude
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Previous business development or account development experience desirable
