Our client is part of a leading group - 4 star Hotel currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager

The property has 150 Bedrooms and 2 exceptional Restaurants

The Role: Food and Beverage Manager

Role Criteria

• The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star and possibly rosetted restaurant experience
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments and a large team
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be reporting directly into the Deputy General Manager
• Food and Beverage Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
• The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
