My client is looking for the next Head Chef for their superb award-winning Gastro Pub located close to the stunning North Norfolk coast. They can provide a superb package of 25,000 basic plus free accommodation in a spacious and well-equipped cottage.
The operation enjoys great success all through the year – success based on reputation through the quality of service and food, image and surroundings.
Therefore the right candidate will most importantly have a true passion for the use of the best quality fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The food and service is all about providing the customer with a relaxed, comforting experience – nothing over the top – just simple, lovingly prepared British cuisine.
You should also be a superb Kitchen Manager, with the flexibility to manage your small brigade appropriately – you must ensure your team is motivated, happy and working hard. You should obviously also be comfortable in dealing with suppliers and working to budgets.
