We are in need of a Head Chef in the North Norfolk area to lead the team of a fantastic gastro pub near Holt. You must be able to maintain a rosette standard and ensure food is kept fresh, local and seasonal.
The establishment itself is prides itself on its reputation for high quality traditional food that complements its surroundings.
Whether its Binham Blue stuffed mushrooms or Thai fish cakes with chili sauce the customers have been steadily pouring through the doors, and even in the quieter months it was not unseen to be covering over 100 in the evening.
Needless to say you will need to be a strong leader and be able to organise your kitchen ensuring all standards are maintained whilst helping your brigade to progress alongside you.
This opportunity also comes with the advantage of live in accommodation if required.
