A beautiful modern braserie in the heart of Coddeshall in Essex is searching for a Chef de Partie to join their enthusiastic and friendly team.
This 80 seater restaurant uses the finest fresh produce when creating its dishes, whether its using the finest rib eye or fillet of beef for their stakes or creating their desserts and petite fours everything is done to the highest standard without seeming pretentious to the locals.
You should have a good knowledge of working in a well-established fine dining restaurant preferably at a rosette level, but more importantly you have to be bursting at the seams with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
