We are looking to hire a Senior Sous Chef for our rosette kitchen in Hertfordshire.
You should have experience in at least a Sous Chef role within a reputable hotel and be looking to work in the Hertfordshire area.
Established for over two decades the hotel caters for many private functions, weddings and corporate dinners, as well as maintaining a beautiful rosette restaurant.
A knowledge of costings, menu planning, achieving targets and maintaining them, G.P’s and how to achieve them, stock taking, stock rotation and Health and Hygiene would be a definite advantage.
You would be expected to have previous experience in a Sous Chef role and be prepared to lead the brigade and manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You should have experience of working in a similar fast paced environment accompanied by passion a creative flare and aspirations to furthering your career.
The establishment itself is part of a small group that are keen to expand as their success continues, opening opportunities to move from one establishment to the other.
