Gastro Pub Company is looking for a strong sous Chef to run the kitchen within this quality Fresh Food Gastro Pub. This is an exciting opportunity as a Sous Chef to join a growing company who have a selection of seven dining pubs that focuses entirely on the quality of local ingredients it buys to produce a menu that is diverse & seasonal.
The ideal Sous Chef will have experience in delegation and an ability to run a small kitchen brigade of four including Commis Chef and KP. You will be working under a very experienced General Manager and cooking a seasonally changing menu. You will also have an ability to create specials on a daily basis.
