Our client is in need of a Chef de Partie to join a 2-rosette hotel situated in Windermere. This high quality red star hotel is seeking a chef de partie who is not only passionate about food and full of enthusiasm but also wanting to establish their career and secure their future.
The perfect candidates would have to be willing to go above and beyond to challenge themselves. You must work well in a team environment as well as being a motivated individual. You should have experience in a rosette establishment and be keen to maintain this standard whilst training.
You should have:
NVQ 2 or above
Good knife skills
Creative ideas
Willingness to learn
Passion for good food
