We are searching for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join the their enthusiastic and friendly team in a modern fresh Restaurant in Essex near Colchester.
You should have a good knowledge of working in a well-established fine dining restaurant preferably at a rosette level, but more importantly you have to be bursting at the seams with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
The restaurant uses the finest fresh produce when creating its dishes, whether its using the finest rib eye or fillet of beef for their stakes or creating their fantastic desserts and everything is done to the highest standard without seeming pretentious to the locals.
