This Hotel is a luxury red star property which has a brasserie and a restaurant and they are looking for a manager to run their award winning brasserie.
The Brasserie is busy and can do upto 80 covers and the food is 1AA rosette standard. The Brasserie is open all day and the standard of service is always amazing.
As Brasserie Manager you will report to the Food and Beverage Manager you will be the face of the restaurant and be responsible for all areas of the brasserie. Including recruitment, staff training, upselling and service.
