Junior Sous Chef – Suffolk Hotel - £18,000 – Live in – 2 / 3 rosettes
We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of this very busy Suffolk Hotel. As Junior Sous Chef you will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in maintaining the 2 rosettes and push for 3 rosettes.The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able to motivate and lead a team and be passionate about food.
As Junior Sous Chef you must have min NVQ Level 2 – or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2, you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.
