My client needs a junior assistant manager with an enthusiastic and professional attitude and most importantly an ambition to learn from the best in the business. You do not necessarily need to have management experience but you must demonstrate the desire and commitment to progress your career in hospitality as well as a clear customer service focus.
This role is mainly based around the F&B department but you will also have a key responsibility as Duty Manager.
The property is exceptional with beautifully detailed rooms and a luxurious, stylish 2 AA Rosette restaurant. The food is excellent contemporary fine dining cuisine.
For this particular role you will be required to:
