Situated in the beautiful lake district with breath taking views this really is a chefs dream job.
Your duties will be to work closely with the head and sous chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and over seeing the chef de partie and commis chefs ensuring consistent high standards.
The ideal candidate will have at 1 years experience in a quality or Rosette/ Michelin environment.
