We are looking for a great Chef de Partie pastry, who can work within a very busy Hotel.You will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in ensuring that the quality of food is kept to the highest, as well as the Health, Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.
The Head chef would like a Chef de Partie pastry who is passionate about food as he welcomes ideas for menu development.
You must have experience of Banqueting/ Functions etc: as this hotel is popular for its location.
Further progression is very possible and training & development will be provided.
