We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the brigade of this extremely Special hotel in Suffolk. The Ideal Sous Chef will have good communication, motivational and management skills.
You will assist the Head Chef in maintaining the 2 rosettes.The ideal candidate will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able to motivate and lead a team and be passionate about food.
You must have min NVQ Level 2 – or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2, you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Our Clients Hotel has 42 bedrooms all furnished to a very high standard and are decorated in a light, airy and relaxing style. Most have glorious views of the sea or the River and its surrounding marshland - some of the finest in Suffolk.
In addition to the restaurant's award of two AA rosettes, The hotel has also achieved an AA quality rating of 85%, the highest score of any three-star hotel on the Suffolk coast.
