One of London’s most amazing and prestigious 5 star Hotels is currently looking for a new Assistant Manager for their new to be open Fine Dining Italian Restaurant.
Applicants will have to have a background of working in a 5 star / possibly with a Michelin Star environment, as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, would be very useful to have this experience within a well recognised award winning Italian Restaurant
Duties will include: - Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the running and management / upkeep of the Restaurant, training and developing staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Handling of Administrative duties.
Applicants are required to have excellent communication and managerial skills as well as superb customer service skills, will need to be pro active for this hands on Role. Must speak and understand English / Italian to a very high level. Will also be required to be very well presented and groomed at all times. An excellent motivator, trainer, enthusiastic and have the ability to lead from the front.
Will also be required to have good admin and computer skills.
