As Chef De Partie you will be required to assist the brigade in the cooking and preparation of the Award-Winning cuisine that is produced within the kitchen. There is around 11 in the brigade and the chef is well known for using the best of local and seasonal produce.
As Chef de Partie, you will assist the senior members of the brigade in the training and motivation of the junior members of the team and help them to keep to the standards that the Head Chef expects from his brigade.
