Candidates will:

Be happy to get involved in all areas of the food and beverage department,
Be extremely customer focussed,
Hands on and accessible to guests at all times,
Happy to do Duty Management shifts,
Experience:
The successful candidate could come from a variety of backgrounds. Whether your worked in hotels, fine dining restaurants, contact catering or branded high street restaurants is not really important. We simply want someone who understands what great service is all about and is willing to learn new skills.
