We are in need of a strong Pub Manager who is looking to grasp a fantastic opportunity in this bustling food led pub in Northamptonshire.
This establishment has a large restaurant, and is very much a food led pub although its friendly staff insures the locals are never deterred from having a quiet drink.
They are in need of a Manager with who has a strong background in a similar environment who is willing to hit the ground running with a hands-on approach, making sure standards are met and maintained and all staff are being used to their full potential.
You will have to have good communication skills, be able to well under pressure and can delegate professionally, all with enthusiasm and drive to move forward, then this could be just the opportunity for you.
The correct candidate will be offered a substantial starting package as well as being offered live in accommodation.
