The Role:
This property has a new Head Chef in place that is looking to recruit a Demi and a Chef de Partie in order to complete the brigade.This is a busy hotel with an AA Rosette accredited restaurant and conference and banqueting facilities.This position offers excellent opportunities for Demi and Chef de Partie chefs to develop their skills and progress as chefs.
Requirements:
Applicants to this position should be experienced Chef de Parties looking for a new challenge or experienced Commis Chefs looking for their first Demi Chef de Partie role.This role requires hardworking, stable chefs, preferably from a hotel background.
