Sous Pastry Chef required 3 rosette – looking to gain Michelin star -

This prestigious property is looking for a pastry chef to create Michelin star standard desserts. You will run a pastry team of 3 within the main kitchen. The main aim of the hotel is gain a Michelin star within 18 months. This hotel is certain in which direction it is heading for and is looking to take on top quality chefs in order to achieve their goal.
You will be creative and expected to deliver top quality desserts to Michelin star standard. You will assit in writing of all pastry menus for both fine dine and the small banqueting that the hotel offers. You will also have to train all members of your brigade up to a high standard.
