This beautiful country house hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to become an integral part of their plans for the future and lead the brigade. This hotel is aiming to become the premier venue in the area. The restaurant is aiming for 2 rosettes. The Head Chef has Multi rosette background and is keen to gainrosettes very quickly.
Our client is looking for a Sous Chef of a high standard with flair and Imagination. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. Preferably with a 2 rosette background.
You will have excellent man management skills and an appetite to achieve accolades and consistently deliver high standards. You will be involved with training of junior chefs.
You will deputise in the chef’s absence and be closely involved in all menus and future development.
All produce is sourced locally and only the highest standards are adhered too.
