Your task will be to play a major role in your restaurant’s management, making sure your team is highly organised, motivated and ready to shine. Supporting your General Manager in every aspect of their role, you’ll know what meeting targets and exceeding expectations really means.

Your main responsibilities as Deputy General Manager will include:
·Managing, leading and training your team
·Consistently providing peerless customer service
·Selecting and appointing team members
·Making sure your restaurant is always welcoming
·Complying to all Heath and Safety standards
·Overseeing stock and cost control
Your skills and qualifications as Deputy General Manager will include:
- A good track record of managing in hospitality, retail or leisure
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Proven leadership abilities and good organisational abilities
- The ability to build a strong rapport with guests
- Excellent IT knowledge
