My client is looking for a motivated and imaginative individual, with a solid rosette background, to join a dynamic brigade of chefs in their stunning Country House Hotel in Hertfordshire.
You will be serving Modern British Cuisine of a very high standard. The salary could be as much as £24K depending upon experience. Decent Live In accommodation can also be provided.

? You should have a solid experience of all sections.
? You should communicate well and have a strong team ethic.
? You should be able to provide leadership and strong support as a senior member of the brigade.
