My client is looking for a top quality Sous Chef for their unique Country House Hotel located in Hertfordshire.
They need to find a candidate with the right level of passion for great produce, good technical ability and a desire to push for higher accolades.
The operation is a beautiful and unique property, and is about to undergo a major refurbishment project that will ensure it remains one of the best in the region. The food is superb British cuisine: simple and traditional but made with the best produce available to the highest possible standards.
My client can offer a fantastic salary of up to £27K depending upon experience and Live in accommodation may be provided.
All the chefs in the brigade here are passionate about creating a quality product. The head chef is extremely professional with an acute eye for detail.
To become the Chef’s right hand man or woman you will need to have a confident personality and an organised approach as well as good technical skills from a rosette background.
