Our client has just taken oven the running of a fine dining pub near Cambridge is looking for a competent Chef de Partie to complete their brigade.
The Head Chef leads a brigade of 4 in his well-equipped kitchen and uses only fresh produce to create his monthly changing seasonal menus.
You would be expected to have a strong background in a similar establishment and NVQ’S would be an advantage. You must be able to work well in a team and bring with you good skills and creativity.
The fresh modern outlook of this kitchen would definitely suit an up and coming Chef de Partie who is looking to push their career in the right direction or a Commis who wants to progress further in their chosen career.
