Commis Chef – Cambridge Hotel - £13,000 + live in available – 2 rosettes
We are looking for a talented Commis Chef to join the brigade of this very busy Cambridge Hotel.You will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in maintaining the 2 rosettes.The ideal candidate will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able prepared to work hard, in return you will learn some invaluable skills
You will work on each section as and when required
You must have min NVQ Level 2 and you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.
