Chef de Partie - £17,000 + Live in – Suffolk Hotel – 2 rosettes
As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist a very talented brigade in this rosette restaurant. We are looking for a great CDP, who can work under pressure and maintain a level head.You will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in ensuring that the quality of food is kept to the highest, as well as the Health, Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.
The Head chef would like a CDP who is passionate about food as he welcomes ideas for menu development.
The Head Chefs tantalising Modern European fare, made with fresh local produce and tinged with a hint of his native Scotland, is served up against a backdrop of sleek Italian tables and oak beams.
Further progression is very possible and training & development will be provided.

This 17th-century Suffolk abode is a converted water mill set in 12 acres of land, with super-stylish boudoirs and high-spec Starck-fitted ensuites. While away a lazy sunny days playing boules by a swan-studded pond, or cosied up in the spacious lounge bar under exposed beams.
