Sous Chef – Suffolk Hotel - £20,000 + live in – 2 rosettes
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the brigade of this very busy Suffolk Hotel.Our clients Head Chef, needs a talented Sous to take over the helm when he is off. The ideal candidate will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able to motivate and lead a team and be passionate about food.
As Sous chef, you will be able to have an influence on the Menu, meeting with the Head Chef to discuss running a successful Kitchen.
Are you a head chef in training? This could be the Company for you.With the right attitude and commitment, you could be promoted to run one of the ever expanding Hotels this Company are becoming involved with.
You must have min NVQ Level 2 – or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2, you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.
