We are looking for an NVQ 2 qualified Chef de Partie for our client’s hotel restaurant in Newmarket, Suffolk.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic chef de partie to join the brigade of a well-established hotel in the centre of Newmarket. Not only is this vacancy situated a prime location for shops and nightlife but also comes with live in accommodation.
The kitchen itself prides itself on taking fresh local produce to create its seasonal dishes. You will need to be a strong team player who is eager to learn and show a great deal of enthusiasm when it comes to trying new things and improving your skills.
A good basic understanding of culinary terms and combinations of flavours, would definitely be an advantage but this particular establishment strives to teach and share its knowledge with less experienced staff.
