The Role:
This hotel has a multi AA Rosette awarded restaurant with the kitchen taking a modern approach with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce.As Commis Chef you will be expected to work within the brigade of chefs, taking direction, whilst at the same time developing your skills further.This is an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef who wants a career in a top property.
Requirements:
Applicants for this position should have previous experience as working as a Commis Chef preferably in an AA Rosette accredited property but definitely a property that uses fresh ingredients.
