We currently have a vacancy at a three star hotel nr Corby, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to complete its kitchen brigade. Situated in Rockingham near the town of Market Harborough this hotel is fully equipped with 71 beautiful rooms.
The kitchen serves dishes that are simple but none the less extremely popular. The brigade caters for not only the hotel restaurant but functions, conferences and weddings as well.
You would be required to work alongside the other members of the brigade competently, taking on board the knowledge provided by your superiors whilst sharing your flair and enthusiasm with those below you.
